16:05 - Good afternoon and welcome to our live blog for the Championship play-off semi-final second leg between Leeds United and Norwich City. The Canaries hold a 2-1 lead from the first leg at Carrow Road, so Leeds will need to score at least twice tonight to reach the final at Wembley.
16:10 - The teams are out on the pitch and we're about to get underway. Leeds are in their traditional white shirts and blue shorts, while Norwich are in their yellow and green away kit.
